Our roots
Olave Plaza, belonging to the Chato Group, has a decade of history and is the third generation that has been working since 1976.
It stands out for its traditional Mediterranean cuisine, elaborated with first quality raw material and taking care of the smallest detail. Each dish has its own history, working and experimenting day by day, in order to adapt our dishes to the new trends that arise.
The Olave Plaza team is made up of catering professionals with many years of skill, backed by the experience of our customers.
